Second part of the interview with Byron R. Abernethy concerning his experiences as a labor arbitrator in Lubbock, Texas. This is a portion of a fuller interview of Abernethy that was also conducted on January 6, 1981 (bound separately as OHB 64). This segment of the interview was closed from January 6, 1981 until August 6, 1996 and deals with Abernethy's political activities and the circumstances surrounding the termination of his employment at Texas Tech University. At the end of the volume is Abernethy's resume.
